GIG DIARY: Birmingham

After Glasgow we headed to Stockton On Tees. We'd been fortunate throughout the tour to have very few technical failures but inevitably this was the night! Luckily it wasn't anything as major as a power cut, but the kick pedal did fall apart half way through the second song. Step in tour manager Stevie and One Night Only's tech, Andy. Before the end of the third song the broken pedal had been replaced and we were back on our way!
The next night was sadly the last of the tour. The location: Birmingham. The venue had done their planning and left plenty of time for sound checks so everyone was nice and relaxed. The evening included stage invasions, guest appearances, champagne, group hugs and signed merchandise. The crowd seemed to have a good night too.
With the tour over we're having a week of preparation for the next one, we can't wait!
