Welcome to the Clocks Blogs online extravaganza! Right, are you sitting comfortably? (We're sitting on the tourbus bound for Oxford for the show tonight I'd say it is semi-comfortable.) We played in hometown London last night at KCLSU which was particularly nice as the crowd were great and the dressing room had a piano in it, which helped us with our vocal warm-ups.
If I had to say one thing about the venue, it would be that the pear cider wasn't quite up to scratch, it just wasn't Kopparberg. But don't let that stop you visiting in future, it's a nice place with attractive views over the Thames.
We left the venue for a bit on a search for Blu-Tack for our posters and were thrilled to find a 30% extra free pack for a tiny £1.29 so got a couple of those. Although we only had 45 minutes before our soundcheck, we couldn't simply walk past Pizza Express on the Strand in our hungry state so went in and quietly let our waitress know we were in a hurry.
The show went down well and we can't wait to play in London again. Not long to wait now.
Thanks for reading. The next update will be on its way soon
